“ I like this coffee shop. The staff are really nice and they make most things from scratch. But good LORD, there is one man who just talks loudly and constantly. People try to be nice to him and "act interested" in what he is saying...but i'm sorry thats not helping the situation. He was super defensive when I asked him to be mindful of his volume. Maybe he has mental health challenges, i don't know. But everyone in the coffee shop shouldn't have to use noise cancelling headphones to work or study over the sound of his talking. The coffee shop is responsible for making this space comfortable for everyone. Not just pacifying one man because there's a black lives matter sign on the door. Be inclusive...of everyone. ”
